We want you to adore your peony pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days for a store credit, exchange or refund.

Sale items are eligible for a store credit or exchange only.

  • I.
    How do I return my order?
    To initiate a return, progress to our returns portal by clicking lodge a return. Follow the steps to completion to successfully submit your return. Please note, you must post your return within 7 days of lodgement.
  • II.
    Return Packaging
    Our mailer bags are designed for reuse. We encourage you to ship items back using the original peony packaging the order was delivered in.
  • III.
    Return Shipping Costs
    We offer Free Express Shipping on orders over $300 USD, but we do not cover the cost of return postage and handling fees. If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning goods, which is calculated based on location and determined within the returns portal. All return fees will be deducted from the refund/credit amount at time of return submission, unless the return is of even or less value.

    Sale Items
    We do not offer refunds on sale items. Sale items are eligible for a store credit or exchange only. All styles within the ‘SALE’ tab are considered ‘sale’. Full priced items purchased with a temporary promotion code are also considered ‘sale’ and are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
  • V.
    Exchanges
    We want you to adore your peony pieces. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item/s for an alternate style or size. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge, on your first exchange per order. To learn more about instant and regular exchanges, visit our Terms and Conditions page. You can process your exchange via our Return Portal.
  • VI.
    Brand New Condition
    All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
  • VII.
    Extended Returns
    We understand this time of year is busy and gift giving can be tricky. For your peace of mind, we are offering extended returns. All orders placed between the 3rd and 23rd of December 2024 can be returned up until the 20th of January 2025.
