Returns

We want you to adore your peony pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days for a store credit or refund.

Sale items are eligible for a store credit only.

Lodge a Return
  • I.
    How do I return my order?
    To initiate a return, progress to our returns portal by clicking lodge a return. Follow the steps to completion to successfully submit your return. Please note, you must post your return within 7 days of lodgement.
  • II.
    Return Packaging
    Our mailer bags are designed for reuse. We encourage you to ship items back using the original peony packaging the order was delivered in.
  • III.
    Return Shipping Costs
    We do not cover the cost of return postage and handling fees. If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning goods, which is calculated based on location and determined within the returns portal. All return fees will be deducted from the refund/credit amount at time of return submission, unless the return is of even or less value.
  • IV.
    Sale Items
    We do not offer refunds on sale items. Sale items are eligible for a store credit only. All styles within the ‘SALE’ tab are considered ‘sale’. Full priced items purchased with a temporary promotion code are also considered ‘sale’ and are only eligible for a store credit. Final sale refers to items that are marked down during a special offer, or are marked to clear. Item/s marked as "final sale" cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, unless in the event of them being faulty. You can find a product marked as "FINAL SALE" inside the product page under the pricing.

    Exchanges
    We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to swap for a different size or style, please lodge a return for a refund and place a new order. We recommend ordering your new size/style as soon as you can, to secure the piece and avoid disappointment as our pieces often sell out.
  • VI.
    Brand New Condition
    All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.

    Processing time for returns
    Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed.
