For returns, all parcels must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place.
Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs (although, we are working on it). Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on final sale items. Final sale items can be returned for a 110% store credit only. All styles within the 'SALE' tab are considered 'final sale'. Full priced items purchased with a discount code or temporary promotion code are also considered ‘final sale’ and are only eligible for a store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternate size or style online.
peony pieces are extremely limited and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when using your store credit to exchange. peony does not cover customs duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.
All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.
