    INTRODUCTION
    This website is owned and operated by Peony Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 13 885 987 285) The following Terms and Conditions set out the agreement for online trading between Peony Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 13 885 987 285) (“Peony”) and the user of this website (“You”). Any access and use of information on this website including purchasing of our product/s is subject to the following term and conditions. At any time, Peony reserves the right to review and amend the Terms & Conditions. Peony therefore recommends you read our terms and conditions each time you visit our website.

    Return Timeframe
    Returns must be lodged within 14 days from delivery or they will not be accepted within our return portal.

    Brand New Condition
    All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.

    Return Shipping Costs
    We offer Free Express Shipping on orders over $300 USD, but we do not cover the cost of return postage and handling fees. If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning goods, which is calculated based on location and determined within the returns portal. All return fees will be deducted from the refund/credit amount at time of return submission, unless the return is of even or less value.

    Exchanges
    We want you to adore your peony pieces. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item/s for an alternate style or size. Exchanges are limited to one exchange per order. When processing an exchange, you can select from the two exchange options below: Instant Exchange – Customers can authorise a $1 hold to their card to process exchanges instantly. Instant exchanges allow for the exchange item to be processed instantly and shipped within 1 business day. If the return is not lodged with the courier within 14 days, the card will be charged for the total value of the items sent. Regular Exchange – Regular exchanges will be processed once the return has been received and approved. If any style or size becomes sold out, a refund will be issued for full priced items. All sale or promotional items will receive a store credit. All exchanges are shipped free of charge, on your first exchange per order. Return shippings costs are the responsibility of the customer, and calculated based on location within the returns portal.

    Customs and Duties Charges
    Please note, peony does not cover the cost of import taxes and duties. These charges do not apply on orders delivering within the US under $800 USD. We ship all orders from Australia, so unfortunately a duties and taxes fee may be applied when delivering within EU/UK. We recommend reaching out to your local DHL office for the most up to date information. Please see our stockists page to find your local peony retailer.

    Faulty Items
    All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.

    Care
    Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.

    SALE
    This applies to all items in the 'Sale' category: collections/sale. As per the terms and conditions of peony, refunds will not be granted on sale items. Items returned are only valid for a store credit or exchange. peony reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
