Returns must be lodged within 30 days of order placement or they will not be accepted within our return portal.
Brand New Condition
All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
We are happy to offer Free Express Shipping on all orders, but we do not cover the cost of return postage. If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay $25 USD to cover the cost of postage. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for a credit note. If you would like to swap for a different size or style, please lodge a return for a refund and place a new order. We recommend ordering your new size/style as soon as you can, to secure the piece and avoid disappointment as our pieces often sell out.
peony pieces are limited and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when using your store credit to exchange.
Customs and Duties Charges
peony does not cover customs duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.
All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.
