All peony styles are handmade in limited numbers and are not restocked. We want to ensure each piece you buy is special and available in limited qualities. We would recommend signing up to our newsletter so you are the first to know about new arrivals and special offers.

Every single peony swimwear piece is made from recycled and sustainable fabrics. This includes our printed fabrics, our custom textures and even our inner linings.

For our printed fabrics, we use fabric made from ECONYL® yarn, a 100% regenerated nylon fibre made from nylon waste otherwise polluting the earth, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic rescues from all over the world.

For our custom textured fabrics and linings, we develop these fabrics in-house using GSR certified recycled fibre, such as REPREVE®.

Yes, it is exactly the same. The quality of the recycled nylon fabric is not compromised at all during the regeneration process. In fact, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity meaning it is exactly the same as virgin nylon.

We use compostable and biodegradable packaging throughout our supply chain. Our bags are made using plant-based materials like cornstarch and wheat, replacing synthetic materials like petroleum. These bags break down easily and can be placed in your compost bin. Unlike regular plastic bags, which can take up to 1000 years to break down, our biodegradable and compostable bags will break down in 3-6 months and help to reduce our environmental impact.

We do not cover the cost of import taxes or duties, these are payable by the customer. These costs are levied by your local customs authority and we don’t have any control over them.

Once shipping and payment details have been entered with Paypal, you will be redirected back to our site, where you will be able to enter the code. Don't worry, you will not be charged until you have had the chance to enter the discount code and the discount has been applied to the total of your order.

No, you can check out as a guest or you can create an account. The benefits of creating an account are that when you sign in next time your shipping and billing addresses will be automatically inputted saving you time. You will also be able to keep track of past and current orders.

Yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Hotels.

For orders shipped outside of Australia we ship with DHL Express International Courier.

Once your order has been shipped your email confirmation will include a tracking number to ensure that you can track your parcel right up until it arrives. 

We want you to adore your peony pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

No refunds or exchanges on sale items. All styles within the 'SALE' tab are considered 'sale'. Sale items can be returned for a 100% store credit only. Full priced items purchased with a discount code or temporary promotion code are considered “sale” and are only eligible for a store credit.

We offer Free Express Shipping on orders over $300 USD, however, we do not cover the cost of returns. If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay $30 USD to cover the cost of return postage. This will be deducted from your refund amount.

This will involve entering your order details, selecting the items you wish to return, packaging your items, confirming a time for courier collection and downloading the return label. Please note, you will need access to a print to use our courier collection return service.

Our mailer mags are designed for reuse. Please ensure item/s are shipped back to peony using the same white peony mailer bag that your order was sent in.

No, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to swap your order for a different size or style, please lodge a return for a refund and place a new order. We recommend ordering your new size/style as soon as you can, to secure the piece and avoid disappointment as our pieces often sell out.

If you select Afterpay at checkout, you can pay for your order over four fortnightly payments. There is no interest or added fees. The four payments will be taken from your debit or credit card and you will receive your order straight away.

To use Afterpay, all you need is:

To use this service, simply:

(1) Add items to your cart and check out as normal
(2) At checkout, select Afterpay as your payment method

Your order will be shipped straight away.

Please note:

The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay. Afterpay will approve payments at the time of your order. Afterpay is valid for amounts up to $500 with a debit card or $800 with a credit card.

For first time Afterpay customers, the first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payments over 6 weeks. For existing Afterpay customers, the first payment will be made in 14 days with payments over 8 weeks. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of purchase.

If you wish to return your order, you can choose to receive an exchange or the Afterpay plan can be cancelled and you will pay nothing.

If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a late fee of $10 and if still overdue after one week, an additional $7 will be charged.

How to measure

Bust Circumference

Thread tape measure under your arms, around your back and across the fullest part of your bust. Once you have the tape measure lined up, relax your arms at either side

Waist Circumference

Your natural waistline is the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button and below your rib cage. Run the tape measure around your waist (like a belt), keeping it straight.

Lower Hip

Stand on a level surface with your feet together. Measure the fullest part of your bottom and upper thighs, not around your hip bones. Ensure the tape is straight around your body.

Helpful Tips

If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string length with a ruler. Tape should be horizontal all around, and fit close to the body. These are tips to measure your body, not the garment.
