Slowing Down for Fall

A little reminder to lean into the change of pace.

Cook something slowly. Revisit a favourite book. Dress for dinner, light a candle just because, or take the long way home.

There’s something romantic about a season that asks a little less of us. A chance to turn inward, make rituals of the ordinary and enjoy things simply because they feel good.

Embrace the slower days. X
